A very powerful car indeed!
This superb Maserati recreation is true to the original and is based on the legendary Pocholo Ramirez car. Ramirez was Asia`s greatest Formula 1 driver and this car has been built to a very high standard and remains true to original drawings of the Maserati 450s.
Road registered as a 1958 Maserati Historic Vehicle with a V5c evidencing this the car has a current mot.
The car is built on a tubular space frame, panelled in 3003 aluminium and finished in aircraft grade enamel paint.
The engine is a 4.9 litre Maserati quadcam V8 fed via 4 downdraft twin choke 45 DCNF carburreters. Power : too much!
The gearbox is a Maserati transaxle 6 speed .
A lovely car with a noise that has to be experienced that represents good value when an original is now some £4,000,000 .
