First registered on the 1st July 1934 with much original paperwork ,this super car has been owned by the present custodian for over 30 years.
She is powered by the famous 9hp Riley engine mated to an all helical 4 speed manual gearbox. The engine boasts twin SU carbs,a 4 branch stainless steel exhaust system and a head fitted with hardened valve inserts thus giving her a bit more oomph to keep up with modern traffic. Further improvements include a 1 ½ crown wheel and pinion and an UJ with roller needle bearings.
The car has been trimmed in green leather with green flecked carpeting to the original design, something the owner spent a good deal of time sourcing and has been beautifully carried out . Full weather equipment is present including sidescreens and tonneau which are also in good condition. The radiator is `as new` protected by the very useful stoneguard.
A lovely small sports tourer which is deserving of your consideration and at we feel a realistic price.
