Year
1933

A nicely conceived and well built Riley `9` Special, utilising original chassis and parts, which benefits from a rebuilt engine equipped with twin SU`s and 4 branch manifold which, owing to the lightness of the car, gives good performance from the lively 1100 cc engine. The gearbox is the correct silent 3rd unit for the period and this is mated to the rear axle via the enclosed propshaft to the rear axle.

The car is painted in a lovely shade of dark blue complemented by maroon wheels and beautifully made leather upholstery. Aeroscreens and a full length tonneau finish the ensemble.

The instrument panel is made of African walnut and a rev counter will be provided on sale which can be easily fitted.

A nimble and well sorted Riley suitable for many events and with a current V5c showing it registered as a 1933 Riley and importantly as a Sports model.
