Exhumed from it`s slumbers after many years this purposeful Riley Special is based on a 22T Kestrel chassis. Much paperwork is in evidence and construction seems to have been started in the late `50s and early `60s. In need of recommissioning, the car is built on a full length chassis with a preselecta gearbox and Special Series engine with twin SU`s and Scintilla mag.
She comes with a V5c, registered as a Sports car, and also an aged VSCC buff form which the new owner will have to update.
Apparently raced in the 60`s this car has great potential and can be either bought `as is` or with Ashridge Automobiles recommissioning on the new owners behalf.
