Triumph TR7 Convertible
Date of Reg: 1st November 1982
Tax Class: Historic Vehicle
The TR7 is a sports car manufactured in the U.K. between 1974 and 1981.
One of the most distinctive British sports cars of the 1970s and early 1980s. Love it or hate it, today it is appreciated for its unique styling, simplicity and affordability in the classic car market.
This late production model has the 4 cylinder 2 litre in line engine developing 105 bhp mated to the later 5 speed manual gearbox.
The TR7’s had a sharp, angular wedge profile with a rear to front swage line with pop up headlamps.
This particular example presents well with silver paintwork and newly replaced, correct check upholstery in blue with matching blue hood and hood cover.
The bodywork shows little sign of corrosion and the paintwork is reasonable with a little micro blistering and paint touch ups.
